1 24 count mini-muffin/snall tart pan [I only have one] + a quadruple batch of crean cheese/butter pastry = 130+ tart shells over 3&1/2 hours. That's just pushing raw pastry dough into the pan and baking one batch at a time, that's not counting the time it took to make all four batches and chill for 1+ hours.
Just shoot me now.
Next time? I'll shell out the $70 some for a case of the suckers or make the road trip to Canada and buy them.
