Well, yeah. But something a bit different.

A bunch of us who got together at an SCA event this weekend for a lot of really good reasons [like one of our own Chirurgeons being elevated to the Order of the Pelican] and as will often happen, we started talking. And things veered off of Topics Medieval onto this Not. Hey, we're Chirurgeons, the SCA's functioning first aid/medical people. What we do isn't all that medieval to being with.

Anyway, we got off on the topic of what I call "Guilty Pleasure Movies". Those things you watch when you want someone on in the background you can just drift in and out of, those ones that you can just watch over and over and/or the ones you like but you really don't want anyone else to know about [Ed Woods films anyone? :} ] The thought was to state an ongoing list of 'GPMs'. Since I'm the one who brought it up, I guess it's only fair for me to start with a few. I may even try to add IMDB links, who knows.

‘Galaxy Quest” - Oh come on now? Who can be in *any* fandom and not like this flick. Sorry folks, it’s not just ‘Star Trek’ fandom that’s like this.
